NS...Day 3

Well, weighed this morning and am actually down a pound already from my start day so I guess the pizza and cappuccino didn't do too much damage. I'm back on track today.

Breakfast-
NS blueberry pancake (delicious)
1 egg, scrambled
1 slice toast
1 serving blueberries on top of pancake

Snack-
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

Lunch-
NS chicken stew w/ barley (it didn't look the greatest, but tasted pretty good. I added a couple shots of tabasco sauce to give it some kick)
salad w/ ff cheese (dairy/protein serving)
1/2 cup grapefruit juice

Snack-
1 pear

Dinner-
Ate out again tonight, but I ordered off the kids menu and had no dessert or alcohol so feel pretty dang good.

In about an hour, I have my nephew's birthday party to go to. I'm going alone. My son is still not back to 100%. His fever came back today so he's just laying around. I don't blame him at all. I just hope he's feeling better by Monday so he can get back to school.
