I just realized that I didn't post my meals from yesterday. Oops! I'll post them first then my meals for today.
Wednesday meals
Breakfast-NS apple toaster pastry (a bit better then the strawberry, but still not great)
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1 slice toast
Snack-fat free string cheese
Lunch-NS spicy oriental noodles
1 thai style veggie burger
cabbage slaw (no mayo)
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
Snack-1 cup strawberries
Dinner-NS chicken patty
1/2 cup cooked cabbage
1 cup strawberries
1 tsp. olive oil (this is what I sauteed my cabbage in)
1 slice fat free, low carb bread
Dessert-NS peanut butter cookie
Thursday meals:
Breakfast-NS cinnamon swirl granola bar
1 container fat free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1 slice toast
Snack-
17 slices of turkey pepperoni
Lunch-NS New Orleans Style Rice w/ chicken
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
salad w/ tomato and fat free italian dressing
1 cup strawberries
Snack-
1 cup mixed fruit
Dinner-
NS Macaroni w/ beef and cheese
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
salad w/ tomato and fat free italian dressing
olives
5 melba crackers
Dessert-
NS chocolate cake
